LEVEL I Permit Ready Planning…

Our LEVEL I planning efforts are focused upon expressing the current Building Code Requirements , diagrammatic exhibits, specifications and other information that are mandated by the Building Department to be represented on a plan for submission in the pursuit of obtaining the official regulator agency’s permission to build or remodel a swimming pool.

Planning documents that are typically required…

 

  • Complete set of (e) existing Site plans
  • House 1st Floor Plan (Foundational Footprint)
  • Other (e) Documents (Structural / Soil eng. calcs., energy calcs., etc.)

Swimming Pool Layout

All plan sheets shall indicate:

 

  • Name of the architect/designer and contact information
  • Wet stamp and sign all plan sheets
  • Scale
  • Date
  • Project location
  • Owners name
  • Plan title
  • Sheet # Cover sheet/Plot plan to include:
  • Design Criteria (hydraulic calculations)
  • Plan Index
  • Scope of Work
  • Applicable Building Codes/Code Analysis Typical plan sheets:
  • Site/Plot plan (Plan and Grade Elevation Contour Lines With Elevations indicated)
  • Floor plan and/or Existing Floor plan
  • Foundation plan
  • Electrical plan
  • Structural/Construction details
  • CAL Green Requirements
  • Waste Management Plan (Septic Leach Field (if applicable)
  • Wild-land Urban Interface Requirements (if applicable)
