REQUEST FOR CORRECTIONS
In scaling the Site Plan (upper image) to the dimensions provided on that drawing the information does not layout correctly with the dimensions that were provided on the SAT-IMAGE (lower image). This may be because the 54-Horse Barn isn’t located correctly on the Site Plan that was provided. It appears that 54-Horse Barn should be located further south, closer to Pine Creek.
Please provide us with the necessary corrections for the Site Plan’s dimensional Layout in correspondence with the fifty-four (54) Horse Barn building footprint. Also the distances for the electric power run from the Restroom Building doesn’t scale to the dimensions that have been provided.
Please review the information and provide directions for the needed changes. One (1) revision has been made inclusive in our original Design Fee Schedule. Additional revisions beyond the one (1) made inclusive are considered billable work.
