In scaling the Site Plan (which was provided) to the dimensions indicated on that drawing the information does not layout correctly with the dimensions that were provided (See backyard dimensions 80′-6 1/2″ and 192′-6″, which scale to 75′-4″ and 226′-11 1/2″ respectively. This may be in part because the south property line that was shown as 438′-0″ actually scales out to 483;-0″.
CONCRETE DECKING LAYOUT
The information that has been provide did not indicate any information about the Pool / Spa concrete decking layout. Please provide a marked up sketch showing your intentions for the decking, with all dimensions.
Please provide us with the necessary corrections for the Site Plan’s dimensional Layout in correspondence with the aforementioned. Also please confirm the locations and distances for the electric power and gas supply run from the south side of the home to the proposed pool equipment location.
Please review the information and provide directions for the needed changes. One (1) revision has been made inclusive in our original Design Fee Schedule. Additional revisions beyond the one (1) made inclusive are considered billable work.
