THE MITIGATION PLAN MAY NEED TO BE PREPARED BY A PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER REGISTERED IN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND BE BASED UPON A TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY TIED TO A HARRIS COUNTY REFERENCE MARK AND USING THE NAVD 1988, 2001 ADJUSTMENT DATUM.
