INSTRUCTIONS
Please review the information and provide directions for any desired changes. Some of the dimensions that you have provided for the Site Plan Layout DO NOT layout exactly within the Property Line dimensions, although the fencing being not exactly set upon the property lines may attribute to this result.
Please verify that all of the dimensions for the swimming pool, house and property lines on this P-2a and P-2b Site Plan Pool Plan REV-5 are acceptable and approved by responding via email; “ACCEPTED AND APPROVED”.
NOTE: IF ANY CHANGES ARE NECESSARY, PLEASE USE A SINGLE COPY OF THE ABOVE LAYOUT FOR RESPONDING BACK
REVISIONS
One (1) revision has been made inclusive in our original Design Fee Schedule. Additional revisions beyond the one (1) made inclusive are considered billable work. We are now on Revision #5.
If all is “ACCEPTABLE” then respond via email that all is “ACCEPTED” and the project can then move forward as a “FINAL DRAFT” and act as the “BASE PLAN” Layout.
Moving forward the “Base Plan” will act as the template for all of the advancing layers.
