CONCEPT #1 (Preliminary)
The following images on this webpage (that are exhibited below) are examples of the Concept #3 Layout possibilities. The first image is of the P-4 Site Plan Layout, which exhibits a 9′-4″ x 10′-6″ Spa @ 3′-6″ depth.
This Concept #3 is considering a 1′-3″ min. gunite wall thickness, 1′-6″ seating bench width together with a 5′-0″ wide upper deck space with two 3′-0″ wide sets of descending stairs on each side of the spa..
This planning sheet exhibits the elevations and dimensions that you have provided as representing your property’s boundaries and building set-backs.

After we get the Spa’s dimensional layout confirmed, I will move forward in exhibiting the individual Spa features on a Spa Section drawing according to the established understanding for the number of seating positions.
The purpose of this preliminary Concept #3 Layout is to allow you to review the proposed intentions for the number of seating positions (6-ea) and affirm that these locations and quantities meet with your approval or that they will need to be revised further in order to expressed your desires.
