REQUEST FOR INFORMATION #1: The information that has been provide to us is reflected on the P-1b Site Plan – Detail Assignments – LAYOUT – 8-25-22 – REV #-3 drawing above. Obtaining and replicating the existing property dimensional layout is the first step in developing the swimming pool plans.
NOTE: When designing with computer assisted design (CAD) software the measurements provided must all collaborate, exactly! If not then, the x / y concordances will not end up matching exactly. This is what we have discovered.
Please review the P-1b Property Plot Plan / Site Plan 8-25-22 – REV #3 above. If all components exhibited and assigned their individual numbers meets with your satisfaction then please respond via email indicating your acknowledgement for acceptance / approval. This will allow us to proceed by using this information as the “Base Plan Temple” for all of the advancing mechanical layers.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The numeric assignments on the drawings above will correspond to a series of DETAILS (See Titled Headings) which, will elaborate upon the construction installation specifics for each of the labeled swimming pool devices / components.
When the mechanical drawings are completed as a set, then these DETAILS will be incorporated into a set of drawings. The DETAILS will be exhibited on 24″ x 36″ D-size sheets amounting to twelve (12-ea) per page sheet.
NOTE: We include one (1) planning revision at the preliminary design stage. Further changes, modifications, corrections and plan productions are to be considered an additional service at a $585.00 / min. cost as billable work, upon approval.
